We aim to deliver goods with a 7-10 day timescale, however most deliverys will be well within this period.

Carriage charges are as follows:-

Under 1 kilo = £3.95 + VAT
1-10 Kilos = £6.95 + VAT
10-30 Kilos = £6.95 + 0.15p for every 0.5Kilo.
Orders over 30 kilos will need to be quoted specially.

Our minimum order charge is £5.00

Any goods found to be faulty will be replaced under warranty. All goods have a minimum 1 year warranty against failure. Warranty is supplied on a return to base policy only. Warranty of arms/stands is specified on the product pages.

In the event that you should receive a damaged delivery or incorrect items in your delivery you should contact us immediately with full details. If you have any enquiries regarding returns then please email sales@tech-plus.co.uk

Damaged or Incorrect Items.

We will collect and despatch replacements the same day we receive notification of damaged or incorrect items. Should any item be out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, a replacement product of the same value or the option to wait until the product comes back into stock at which point it will be despatched immediately.

Unwanted Items.

If, for whatever reason, you do not wish to keep your purchase, please return it unused with its original packaging for a refund. Any returns should be made within 14 days of receipt.

NOTE: We will not refund your costs in sending the product back to us or our original shipping cost in sending the product to you in this case.

NOTE: All returns should be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. We cannot accept returns after this time. We also cannot accept returns where the machine has been used.

NOTE: There may be a re-stocking fee applied for unwanted items.
